But in recent decades, our industry has both stagnant technology development and consistent operational pains. In the middle of 2024, our team was at a breaking point. We didn’t want to squeeze creativity into our project schedules, undervalue billable hours, or butter-up contractors to eat change orders. We wanted technology to help us solve our biggest challenges, so we could stop being weighed down by nuanced work and start to evolve even better as an industry.
